Midas

I just had the best experience with Midas on Ingersoll. I had 2 tires replaced to match the 2 I replaced last year. I had an estimate so I could compare costs. After researching several brands of tires and ratings, I decided to buy the same tires again. They rate highly for winter conditions. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. We communicated everything via text, which is always my preference. I felt zero pressure to add anything to my purchase, but when I went in to pick up my car, I mentioned I was having problems with my rear turn signals. They took a little time at the end of a clearly busy day to determine I needed new bulbs and changed them right there and the cost was surprisingly minimal. It's so nice to feel comfortable with auto repair service! If you're wondering the tires are Continental Extreme Contact. Thank you!!

I want to thank Mr.Tyler Swessel for making my first experience with Midas an amazing one. He was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me get what I needed for my daughter's vehicle. Please if you need tires or oil change check them out. He offered me a ride home since it was going to take a few hours and he even called to let me know when it was done and came to pick me up to get the vehicle. Thank you so much Mr. Tyler. I'm from Texas and only up here visiting. So these young folks working at Midas are really friendly and really care about what they are doing.

They were able to squeeze me in early in the morning, even though I requested an appointment close to midnight the night before. The gentleman who helped me was kind and even provided me with a coupon, which I really appreciated. The location is also incredibly convenient for me, so that's a plus. I did have to wait a little, but that was understandable because my car required a specific synthetic oil that they do not commonly keep in stock. Overall, I appreciated their flexibility, helpful service, and convenience.

Pretty happy with the service I received at Midas. I was in a pretty tight spot with my tires (one with a leak, all very bald) and wanted to get in on the same day. The price wasn't excellent, but for quality tires on short notice, it was fair. The folks got me in for an appointment quickly and I had the car back the same afternoon. When I made it clear I was only looking for the tire service, they were understanding and did not try to push other services on me. The technicians seemed very adept at handling customer concerns. Considering its location, there's a very good chance I will return.

Its was a very excellent experience. They ppl there where every pleasant. The customer service was top notch. I came in & I use a cane to get around & the gentleman helped me right away. He was nice with letting me know about which oil change packages they have, I'm a repeat customer & let me know what I did before & I choose my same pkg. While I waited he helped me to my seat helped with the coffee he made for me. All around excellent customer service. And I'll be coming back everytime.
